MA/MACS - Psychology & Theology
Specialties in these areas: overcoming discontent, irritability and disappointment; addressing difficult family dynamics, parent-teen/parent-adult child relationships; overcoming anxiety and self-defeating thinking; setting goals and motivation for creating more joy & fulfillment in midlife; strengths spotting & decision making related to college studies/career path for adolescents & young adults

Faith & Soul Care Foundations Course Modules + 2 Live Zoom Sessions with Sherry Elaine for additional depth in the topics and Q & A time. Zoom is led by Sherry Elaine - not an alternate coach. (Live Zooms Meet SATURDAY Sept 13th @ 11 am CST, and WEDNESDAY Sept 17th at 5:30 pm CST. Replay available if you have to miss.)
Access to the Faith & Soul Care Foundations Course for at least an additional 30 days after the cohort ends (at least until Nov 4th, 2025)
Note: About the LIVE group Zooms. If you are new to online group support, you do not have to talk or ask questions during the group zoom if you do not feel comfortable. You may just listen, watch and learn. You will learn a lot when others ask their anxiety management or faith questions!

ANTICIPATED QUESTIONS:
Q. Who is this for? Men? Women? Ages?
A. The main audience that is considered is women in midlife and older (age 40+). However, anyone will be able to join the educational portions of the Cohort ages 18 and up, men or women. Currently, the LIVE coaching and guided portions of the cohort that occur via Zoom is only offered for women ages 18+.
Q. Can I join the Faith & Soul Care Foundations course if I know Sherry in real life?
A. Yes, when you join the Connection Cohort, you will be receiving educational services, coaching services, and faith-based ministry support. Sherry is not providing psychological services nor clinical mental health counseling services through her Faith & Soul Care Ministry. You may be asked to sign an informed consent notice that you understand that you are not receiving psychological services nor licensed clinical counseling services.
Q. I think this would be wonderful for my teenage daughter or son. Will you offer this for teens soon? How can I get counseling or coaching services for my teenage daughter or son?
